ClinicComply was born from 3+ years of hands-on healthcare IT support — watching practice managers struggle with accreditation while their IT documentation lived in scattered email chains.

Why we built this

Every few months, the same scene played out: a practice manager would call, stressed about an upcoming RACGP accreditation visit. They needed IT security documentation — backup procedures, incident response plans, penetration test reports — and they needed it yesterday.

The documents lived in email threads, Google Drive folders, and sometimes just in someone's memory. There was no central place to track what was done, what was missing, and what was overdue.

The only real tool on the market — PracticeHub by Avant — is expensive, GP-centric, and has no IT vendor portal. Allied health practices, dental clinics, and specialists were completely underserved. And no tool addressed the core problem: getting IT documentation from your MSP into your compliance evidence library without endless email chains.
