Where is my data stored?

All data is stored exclusively in Australia (Sydney region, ap-southeast-2) on Supabase infrastructure. We never send your data offshore. Every tenant is isolated with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit, and backed up daily. This is critical for Privacy Act and RACGP compliance.

Do my IT vendors need an account?

No. That's the whole point of the IT Vendor Portal. You send your vendor a secure, tokenised upload link via email. They upload their documents directly, no account, no login, no friction. Docs land in your evidence library and auto-link to the relevant RACGP and CompSec criteria.
