Are the ClinicComply tools really free?
Yes. Every tool in the hub is free to use without a credit card or account. You can run as many assessments, calculations, and lookups as you like. We only ask for an email address when you want a copy of a result sent to your inbox, and even that is optional on most tools.
Who builds these tools and where does the logic come from?
ClinicComply is an Australian healthcare compliance company. Every tool is built by our team against published sources: the RACGP Standards, the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission guidance, the Privacy Act 1988 and OAIC materials, the ASD Essential Eight, AHPRA and the National Law, and the Medicare Benefits Schedule. No AI models generate your results. Scoring and decision trees are deterministic TypeScript that we can show you the source of on request.
Do I need to download anything or install software?
No. Every tool runs in your browser. There is no app to install, no extension, and nothing to configure. Most tools also work entirely client-side, so your inputs never leave your browser unless you explicitly choose to email yourself the result.
Can I use the results as evidence for an audit or accreditation?
The tools produce useful starting points for your evidence library, particularly the decision tools that generate a time-stamped decision record. They are not a substitute for the organisation actually meeting the underlying obligations. Use a result to identify gaps, then remediate those gaps inside ClinicComply or with your own processes. Your assessor will want to see real policies, real training records, and real incident logs, not just a screenshot of a quiz score.

Are these tools a substitute for legal or compliance advice?
No. The tools are educational and operational utilities. They help you self-assess, calculate, and document. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional compliance advice. Regulatory frameworks change. For any high-stakes decision, particularly around Notifiable Data Breach notification, mandatory reporting, or restrictive practices, you should consult the relevant regulator and, where appropriate, your legal or clinical advisor.
